Returns and Refunds

If something is not right, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Final sale items, intimate apparel, opened skincare or beauty products, and customized pieces are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
